At Courtney's Exterior Cleaning we use a product to scrape the moss from your tiles, depending on the access the scraper can be attached to an extendable  pole and scraped from the safety of the ground.

In some cases a ladder or even a scaffold tower may need to be used to gain access to your roof safely.

We have a scraper for each different tile pattern

Usually the scraping process takes 1-2 days depending how covered your roof is.

Some roofs have taken 2-3 days to clear though.

Once cleared your gutters are cleared out and then the Biocide Inhibitor is applied to your roof, this is an additional half day.

Once we have scraped all the moss from your roof, we will ensure any debris left in your gutters is removed with our Skyvac machine.

This will suck out any remaining moss from your gutters leaving them clear.

any rubbish from your roof will be bagged and removed within your price.
